Liz Liu (she/they) is a Chinese illustrator based in Toronto. She has a passion for both analogue and digital art. Her practice also includes comics, linocut, and screen-printing. In 2023, Liz graduated from OCAD University, majored in Illustration. 

Liz’s artistic themes revolve around food and drink, cultural memories, and heartwarming moments of everyday life. She has developed a versatile spectrum of artistic styles throughout her journey in creating illustrations. Her works consist of bright colours, whimsical graphics, and soft pencil mark-making, creating narrative-rich and poetic illustrations.
